Application To The

Pratt School of Engineering International Honors Program

Grade Point Average

Currently, any undergraduate in the Pratt School of Engineering with a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.25 may apply for admission into the International Honors Program (IHP) after the second semester of the freshman year.  In addition, the student must: (1) carry a normal academic load; (2) earn grades other than P in at least three semester courses; and (3) receive no incomplete or failing grades.  However, due to the academic and foreign language demands of the program, the application review committee may not approve an application that barely meets this GPA requirement.  An IHP student must maintain this minimum to remain in the program and earn the Certificate.  The GPA must be certified by the Dean’s Office as part of the application.
